Why I Massage

Through my own mental health journey, I have learnt that we all deserve to feel accepted so that we can heal from our traumas - everyday and more significant. 

 

Through massage and creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I hope to offer that healing and acceptance to others, just as I try to offer it to myself. Physical touch can help soothe pains and aches, but it can also help work through trauma. 

I actively encourage people of all marginalised identities to come as they are to my treatment room. 

My Training & Qualifications

I come to Massage Therapy equipped with a strong background in Psychology and mental health and an interest in science. I have learnt and read a lot through my own personal journey, and those of my loved ones. 

I value learning and growing immensely, and I'm always looking for opportunities to become a wiser person and a more skilful therapist.

  • July 2018, University College London - Graduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology

  • July 2017, University of Bath - BSc Psychology
