Service Description

You can book this service online with our massage therapist Adriano Owlfinch (read more about them in the "About Us" section). A holistic massage: Swedish and deep tissue techniques combined to bring you a tailored experience that will offer you exactly what you need at that moment. Rest, Restoration, Relaxation, or even a Remedial approach to soothe those tense muscles. 60 minutes is best for focused work in a few areas (e.g. back, shoulders, arms and hands), or for a lighter full-body massage for general relaxation with no particular focus. Each session starts with a consultation where your therapist will explore with you what type of massage would most benefit you - please note that this will be a little longer on the first session as you and your therapist get to know each other. You can bring specific issues or areas you’d like to target, but you don’t have to - your therapist will check in with how your body is feeling on the day and will suggest a plan for your massage. You’ll then be left to get comfortable on the cushioned massage table complete with heated blanket. Your therapist will work up to your preferred level of pressure, and always give you the opportunity to make any changes: this is your massage, and as holistic therapists we don’t simply follow a set sequence that may not fit you. But if you just want to zone out in silence and enjoy, that’s fine too! After the massage, we’ll leave a few minutes for you to get dressed and for feedback before your session ends.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can, over email ( hello@owlfinchtherapies.com ), text or by calling us on 07522175509. If you give us 48 hours notice, we'll be happy to reschedule you to another slot free of charge. If you cancel at short notice (less than 48 hours) we can only offer to reschedule for free if your slot gets filled up. If not, we will have to retain the fee to cover our costs.
