HOW TO PREPARE AND WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

The day before your session, please make sure you have filled in the COVID screening & Consultation forms we have emailed you to maximise your time on the table.

On the day, please try to:

- Arrive on time, the waiting area is small and we will finish at the agreed upon time regardless of any delays.

- Wear clean, comfortable and easy-to-remove clothes & minimal jewellery.

- Bring a mask with you, and wear it in the reception.

- Take a shower and brush teeth.

- Skip or keep make-up light. (It'll all end up on the cushion otherwise!)

Here is a quick rundown of what will happen during your session:

- The massage area will be clean, disinfected, and prepared for your arrival.

- We will sit by the massage table and have a quick chat about how you're feeling and what you'd like from your massage.

- After our chat we will briefly leave the room as you get undressed (usually down to briefs/pants) and get between the drapes with your face in the cradle.

- We'll knock on the door, and if you're ready the massage will begin!

We hope to see you for a massage soon, and if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us!
