Plans start on your chosen date and renew automatically at your chosen frequency. Minimum commitment: 3 billing cycles. Thereafter cancellation is free, but unused booking credits cannot be refunded. Switching plans is always free. Bookings are subject to availability and the usual booking terms. To upgrade to a longer session, get in touch when booking and we'll confirm availability and ask you to pay the difference (your plan's discount will apply).
Using your plan:
Simply make sure you're logged in, then book a Couples Massage, or a Massage For Two, or a 4 Hands Massage. Choose to pay with your plan, not "pay now", to ensure you aren't charged again.
To upgrade to a longer massage, get in touch when booking and we'll confirm availability and ask you to pay the difference (your plan's discount also applies to upgrades).
You can gift a massage by using your plan's credit to book for other people: simply give their details on the booking form.
How renewal works:
On your plan's renewal date, you'll be charged and your booking credit will renew automatically. It doesn't roll over, so make sure to use it by making a booking before each renewal! Your appointment doesn't have to fall before the renewal date - you can book ahead.
For example, if you have a monthly plan but are away this month, you can use this month's credit to book ahead for next month, then book a second appointment next month when your credit renews.
Switching or cancelling plans:
Plans have a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles, but you can switch plans any time for free, or cancel for free after 3 bookings. To do either, just get in touch and we'll be happy to sort it out - no call centres, no fuss. Please be aware that any remaining booking credits won't be refunded when cancelling, so do use those up.
