Massage For Two plans: how they work

It can be tough to prioritise self-care and quality time in a busy life. Our plans make it convenient and affordable to reset regularly with Bristol's best couples massage, side-by-side with a loved one, at a frequency that works for you.
Plan benefits
You get a better discount than if you wait for a seasonal sale - every single time. And every time, you know you don't have too long to wait before your next massage. So your muscles and your wallet can both relax.
So, what'll it be? Fortnightly stress relief, a monthly reset, or a quarterly treat? We like to think of that last one as two birthdays, an anniversary and a bonus!
Whichever you choose, your plan includes a 1hr weekend session: either a Couples Massage, a Massage For Two, or a 4 Hands Massage for one. Sessions can be gifted, and you get a discount when upgrading them.
Book flexibly around travel and commitments, and enjoy the cumulative benefits of regular massage together. The treatments only bet better as we get to know you over time. We've felt knots and trigger points dissolve, stiff joints melt, and aches and pains ease with repeated visits. Your future self will thank you!
Using your plan
It's as easy as one, two three!
Make sure you're logged in to the correct account. Your plan should appear under "my subscriptions".
Book in as usual: either a Couples Massage, a Massage For Two, or a 4 Hands Massage.
At checkout, choose to pay with your plan (not "pay now") to ensure you aren't charged separately.

To upgradeĀ your session, simply choose the add-on when booking and we'll get in touch to confirm availability and ask you to pay the difference. Don't forget your plan's discount also applies to the top-up payment!ā

You can gift a massage by using your plan's credit to book for other people: simply give their details on the booking form.
How renewal works
On your plan's renewal date (pop a recurring reminder on your calendar!) you'll be charged and your booking credit will renew automatically.
Your creditĀ doesn't roll over, so make sure to use it by making a booking before each renewal! Your appointment doesn't have to fall before the renewal date - you can book ahead.

For example, if you have a monthly plan but are away this month, you can use this month's credit to book ahead for next month, then book a second appointment for next month when your credit renews.

Switching or cancelling plans
Plans have a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles (not counting any intro discounts), after which you can cancel any time at no charge.
Switching plans is also free and can be done at any point, though there may be a waitlist to increase frequency.
To switch or cancel, just get in touchĀ and we'll be happy to sort it out - no call centres, no fuss. Please be aware that any remaining booking credits won't be refunded when cancelling, so do use those up!
