Service Description
Getting a massage with a loved one is the ideal way to relax and unwind together. They’re perfect as a thoughtful gift, to celebrate a special occasion, or just to make some time for self-care for both of you. You don’t need an excuse to take the time to reap the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of healing touch together! We create a cosy, peaceful atmosphere where you can enjoy holistic, deep tissue or prenatal massage tailored to your individual preferences. SESSION INCLUDES We start with a brief chat to confirm details (you'll submit consultation forms beforehand) and make tailored plans for your massages. We'll give you privacy to get comfortable on the cushioned massage tables, complete with heated blankets and your choice of music and scented oils. During the massage we welcome feedback and use it to adjust to your preference of pressure so we can get everything just right. Afterwards, you'll have a few minutes' privacy to get dressed and soak it all in before your session ends and you both leave refreshed, restored and revitalised. DURATION 1hr is great for a lighter full-body massage or focused work on a few areas. For a deeper full-body experience, or focused work on multiple areas, we recommend a longer session. If booking with a plan, a 1hr session is included. If you book a longer session, we'll request a top-up payment - your plan's percentage discount applies to this too. INCLUSIVITY Our holistic, mental health and trauma-informed approach to massage takes into account your physical and emotional needs and puts you as individuals first. We strive to be anti-oppressive, anti-racist, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergence friendly and welcoming to all body types. We recognise (and celebrate!) that people come in all shapes, sizes, colours and textures - all of them very deserving of some TLC. SAFETY We only offer massage to people aged 18 or over. All our services are safe and professional, and we have a zero tolerance policy for sexual conduct. You're given privacy to change and draped throughout - we uncover only the area we're working on at the time. You choose areas to work on or avoid, you can be clothed if you prefer, and we never massage or uncover the areas that would be covered by a bikini.
Cancellation Policy
If you can't make your appointment, please let us know ASAP! That includes if you have a medical condition that contraindicates massage or are contagious with an airborne illness (e.g. covid-19, cold, flu). In that case, it's important you don't attend for the health of our massage therapists and other clients, some of whom are immuno-compromised. It's your responsibility to please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule. MORE THAN 48 HRS NOTICE: Rescheduling is free of charge. Cancellations incur a small admin fee (3% of the full service price). LESS THAN 48 HRS NOTICE: We can only reschedule free of charge if your slot gets filled up. Otherwise, rescheduling incurs a fee of 50% of the full service price. For no shows or cancellations, we will have to retain the full appointment fee to cover our costs and loss of income. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FULFIL YOUR APPOINTMENT: (e.g. due to being ill ourselves), we will always let you know as far in advance as possible and give you options at no charge.
