Same-day bookings

Our online bookings close automatically 16hrs in advance. However, short-notice bookings are sometimes possible - please contact us to check availability and we'll reply as quickly as possible.

Availability

We're generally open Saturdays, Sundays, and some Fridays and Mondays - including most bank holidays! For specific availability, check the relevant service's booking calendar.

Comprehensive consultations

Before your appointment, we'll send you an online form so you can let us know about any medical issues and give your preferences. On the day, your session starts with a brief chat to check for any changes and make a plan for your massage. That way you always get a treatment that's safe and meets your needs in the moment.

Tailored to your needs

No two bodies are the same, so one-size-fits-all doesn't actually fit anybody! We individually tailor every massage. We have default options if you just want to go with the flow, but you get final say on areas covered, techniques used, pressure level, etc. We always welcome your feedback - it's your massage and we want it to be perfect.

Safe & professional

All our massages are professional, respectful and non-sexual. You'll be given privacy to change and draped throughout - we'll uncover only the area we're working on at the time. We don't offer any services involving nudity or erotic touch, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual conduct or solicitation of any kind.

Redeeming a voucher is easy - you just need its unique code (usually the order number). Pop it over to us in an email and we'll get you booked in. Feel free to check the availability for the relevant service above and let us know what date/time you'd prefer.

Vouchers are transferable (just pass on the code to regift) or exchangeable for a service of equivalent or lesser value (for example, you can exchange a couples massage voucher for an extended individual session).
